Life in Rajkot….!

3 months break from Rajkot gave me a special and same feeling like meeting a childhood friend after a very long period… …..”The Hotel, Food, Somnath Temple, Gir Forest, fatty,The Autowalas & all the tiring work”…..striking my brain like a movie flashback. I couldn’t stop smiling....it was all Fun clubbed with slight inexorable work!!!!Lets ditch the work part and get in to the fun part…..
Going to office is always a irksome thing, it always starts with a complete dejection from the start of the day1 of the week…day2 and day3 goes gloomy day4 and day5 passes enthusiastically with the coming week end….and so our plan for the weekend started…All the droopy plans were pouring inn like a water fall….and the only thing that we did was scrap it!...Still one of the plans worked out for our lazyness…....Before I start about this thing let me tell you that the day I reached Rajkot…the first thing we did was sign MoU with one of the Autowala…for our daily visit to the Assembly plant; This time the agreement was with Javed, we booked his auto for the whole day for our Stupendous plan….and it works out cheap…!!!
The cold climate in Rajkot was pleasant enough to keep us in bed for a long time…., it took us 1 hr to reach gondal from The Grand Regency; Hiren was waiting for us exactly infront of Orchad palace….within minutes we were in the palace..the old hand crafted chairs…marble table, wooden painting of sunset…Heritage of the king was clearly evident all the things that passed our eyes…..The guide took us to the Vintage Car collection…The king was really a man of passion..he didn’t miss any of the car models that came out from all the companies around the world….70 cars which were displayed and were just the half of the collection he had….!!!Wow….we just left the palace with a gust feeling to spend more time….The trip was not over…our next visit was to King’s Fort….just as we entered the first room we felt like…”Holy Shit”….This King had really gone mad..he even had the miniature toy cars….there were some 500 + cars to his prestigious collection. To add to our final contentment was at Bhuvaneshwari and Mahadev temple….Rest of the day passed out sweetly….with a good long nap….
