Bewildered………and Found

This happens every time I write this so called “My Black Box”, I get lost thinking what Header I should give for the Blog..!! Half my time gets swamped in search of header than other stuffs…
The search started the day I finished my last blog…so when heaps of words struck my occasionally working brain, it was time for me to leave to Coimbatore. I packed off to Airport soon after my break-fast. So dressed up like the one landed from U.S of America and as I was searching for a place to rest my butt, someone yelled my name…I was very much surprised to see Mr. Dinesh, This Champ is in Mumbai for a long time and every time I plan to meet him it’s a super doper flop and now he is in front of me!!! Wow…let me tell you one thing This gentle man is one of the reason why I am in this MNC; I will brief you that some other time…….so wasting all my mokkais with him in the airport as well as in the flight, we reached the Manchester city 1 Hr late. Drizzling rain mixed with the swirling dust to give a pleasant aroma making the aura very lovely.

Having reached my house; the first thing that I did was eat!! The delicious hot dosa with my favorite onion chuttni dissolved in like a melting butter. My Dad and Mom had planned a long trip for me…..it was not even an hour that I was at home when my mom said “ we are leaving to Guruvayoor”..i was like What!!! Are you kidding!!! ..All I wanted to do was Sleep…anyways I had no other option it was an appointment from Lord Krishna who’s gonna miss it? It was too late that we missed the chance to see Guruvayoorappan. We went to sleep early to make sure we were the first in queue the next day and to do this we had to get up early by 2’O Clock…..and we were first but from last in the queue and this happened to be some 1/2 KM from the temple entrance. It was around 5.00 Am when we reached the entrance, and another 1 Hr to see the Almighty and the pradarshan of 3 huge elephants around Lord krishna's sannidhi. As a recurring habit, I went blank once I saw Lord Bala Krishnan, the same was the case when we took our feet in Mammiyoor temple. The panorama was pleasant as we passed by each and every meter of the roads of God’s Own Country.
With nice saffron doti like a perfect malayalee…I was visiting around some of temples like Meen kulathu Bagavati,Echanary, Lakshmi Temple… playing around with my Nephew and eating Mom’s flavorsome food , it was all an enriching experience…making my vacation a nice search of some priceless treasure.

Scribbling My Black Box

It’s exactly 30 days that I rambled My Black Box…………
And it’s reckoning fact that I don’t blog frequently or at least not that frequent to keep you guys sit in front of the PC for at least twice in a month and think what stupid thing did I do…!!!...so what did I do all these days…???
The story goes this way...with the Budget: 0.7 Lakhs (don’t worry guys I will tell u how the hell I spent 0.7 Lakhs)
The very next day of my previous blog’s posting I was posted or rather deputed to Rajkot…..and this time it’s to solve the “Tractor science problems” ( should be read like “rocket Sceince”). So this Sriram of Asst. Manager of so called MNC was engaged for solid 15 days in Rajkot, and the budget 0.7 Lakhs was burnt like a lightning speed in a 3 Star Hotel….
Needless to mention that all the services were at your foot step in just a phone call…starting from the Airport pickup……and 2 gals to welcome you with a welcome drink as you enter the hotel and so on….….wow….very enriching experience right???? I know you guys are visualizing yourself in the same situation……What else can u call a paradise is like………!That’s how our MNC keeps us in heaven to squeeze out work from us like a vacuum pump (this feels like Hell….!!!).
The moment I started back to mumbai…it was full Feelings…gushing out like a bullet propelling out through the barrel from the rifle…….. After spending exhaustive 25 odd working days in Rajkot and Nashik (ooooops forgot to say…the budget sums to 0.7lakhs only if you include my stay in “Ginger” hotel in Nashik); It was my Favorite dish “VADA PAV” which greeted me as I reached Mumbai along with nonstop crackers show…!!! Wow what a greetings!!!(Its diwali) and ya the non-stop crackers show rocked mumbai like anything….All of Mumbai was glowing in the light of crackers blasting 24hrs of diwali……!!!Guys I’m damn sure; all that you would remember once you hear the word “Mumbai” is the Shoot out at “Gate way of India & The Taj Hotel”. Re- Visiting it after the Shoot out, one would feel Taj Hotel is a phoenix, The streets were the same as it was before, the crowd around it more than it was before; all you could do is raise your eye brow and we walked..walked and walked searching for nothing on the streets of colaba till our nerves in the legs said…F**k off…!!!

Million Steps in Mumbai………!!!

So…fellas i’m back; this time it’s around Mumbai…
After travelling to Rajkot and nashik couple of times for a short duration it was time for me to take rest.
We plotted the plan very well the day before, and since Kandy had come home after a long time we made it a point to see a movie…it was a horror and terror movie, by the time we all took our beds to sleep it was around 2.30AM (Never in my life i had sat till that to study…!!!) and our plans to reach Dadar station was by 10AM.
We were very perfect that we never woke early in time, so that we can reach the station by 10Am.so..at last we reached Dadar station at around 12.30 starting at around 10.30AM from our house. It was all to meet senthil Srinivasan. Mr. Senthil Srinivasan my college mate, he was one of the heads of our prestigious Mokkai team(Mokkai kuzhuvin kolgai parapu seyalalar ivar!!!).
Under our another mokkai thalaivar’s( Mr. Surendar) guidance we headed towards our favourite “Mani’s Lunch Home”
Standing in queue was not a new thing to Mani’s lunch home…but I hate it!......Food here is like heaven you eat…eat…eat..eat eat and only eat…..you will forget who is sitting in front of you. I bet you all the people come here eat atleast twice the food he can consume normally….(so fellas the next time you land in Mumbai ask where is Mani’s Lunch home at matunga)
Just after lunch our next spot was at Phoneix Mall…wow…… ½ kM on the Highway all you see is Phoneix Maaaaall…..
It would take 2 full days to check out all the shops and stalls in the Mall….and if you are gonna sit there for a while to see all the poor dad’s(it’s all in the photo) daughters make the count one week….so realizing its gonna take one week we sat along for while to crack some dirty jokes…..driving all of us to our college days….!!!
I have never watched a 3D movie in my life time and there was a chance....and making ppl watch because I had never watched 3D movie…..they are gonna kill me…so I had to tell all those statistics on review about this movie called “UP” which I had never read in the newspaper…(iisssssSh….ithellam arasillea sagajamappa…)
About the Movie…..it was a good one..never miss it….And only half of our day had passed and not willing to go out of this very rich and posh mall..we came out of the mall with tremendous poignant feeling...
The best part is all about coming back in local train..and when you stand in the station all you will wonder is where the hell are the people going and when you stand all you can see is millions of people passing you each and every secong… and there is a very easy way getting
In and out of the train…just stand in front of the train’s door..the crowd is gonna throw you inside and outside the train when it stops each and every station and if you are thrown out when the train is moving…oooops you are unlucky you will not survive so forget it… …ya..forgot don’t forget to wring your clothes to force out the sweat after the travel………saussy right…???(you cant avoid it)
There are million and millions of people here rich and the poor; rich are richer and the poor are poorer..each and every one makes a living here…and most of them survives only by eating this favorite stuff called “Vada Pav”

The doors are always open 24x7 and it always rocks…sings…cries and the pendulum swings the way you want it …This is Mumbai…..

OXYMORON: An independence day Trill…..!

I’m well aware of the fact that I’m not able to blog frequently; and as always there is a reason behind it.Those who are wondering what this “OXYMORON” is, let me give a preface.

It was Manoj Thelaprolu, ya our fatty who described me about this word, when I wrote my previous blog “Heavenly Hell” and when you type this word in Word Web all you would get is “Conjoining contradictory terms”. It is this unifying effect of good and bad which kept me away from my blog.

It was on Independence Day 15th August..........we were on a trip to Mahaballeshwar …”Jai Hind”
Everything was as per schedule; The phone started making an erroneous noise as the clock ticked 4.00 AM, As the group was big we started calling each other just to ensure we will not be late; Everyone except Ravi answered the phone. Amar came with the vehicle sharp at 4.30AM, it took lot of time (22 Missed calls) to break Ravi’s sleep, and it ate our time by another 30 mins. By the time he was ready it was around 5.30 AM and then we started towards Mahaballeshwar; Sandy, Mahan, Gobi, safy and danny joined us from on the way.
It was these small road side restaurants which come handy when you think you are hungry as early by 6.00AM; we ate hot..Hot …and hot instantly made dosa’s for our break-fast…wow...The taste just made us forget where we were heading to…!!!!! Our next pit stop was after some 100 KM from the first Break-Fast spot;

Every tourist passing there stopped at this place and it was a real time-pass to chit chat and comment on all good looking chicks….we started again with full energy and to add up the energy was two good movies (“dil chahta hai” and “company”)…..no one ever got tired from the four hour journey.
Rain favoured us by making the climate very pleasant….each and every mile we passed by gave us an amazing feeling; it was the beauty of nature directly crafted by God, no doubt about it!!!!! Everyone became a child in-front of the Mother Nature. We stopped in front of a falls; exactly 23 KM before Mahaballeshwar. Everyone fuelled their stomach and those who wanted some “-OH” (alcohol) started their prayers soon they touched the water falls. I stayed away from water; I enjoyed the nature’s beauty,Rain and the hot Corn… And believe me eating hot corn in this rainy climate is a real delight..wowwww…..and subsequently-OH went deep in my friends and started showing its ceremonial lavish party….it was tough time for me, gobi and amar to handle all of them performing their own invented dance steps in the middle of the steep road where vehicles passed at top speed…. Hefty Mahan and Ravi were never away from our watchful eyes……I felt each and every one went to their childhood and it was only truth left in their heart…and each and every alphabet which they spilled out of their mouth were only truth…- OH worked very well….(better try this out if you want truth from anyone…)

The road was 7 foot above the flowing water stream, the mile stones along the bridge were not only an indication of the bridge but also was a barrier for the vehicles to get into any accidents; It was the time when –OH took control of my friends souls; like the computers taking control of the machines in artificial intelligence, I think it never gave any opportunity for the body to react to any of the metabolic function. It was this hefty friend who wanted to speak to me and sat on one of the mile-stone, just a few seconds had passed but by then all I could hear was a hard and crying voice of Mahan yelling all our names….It was danny who came all the way from the spot crying and yelling at us saying save him….save him…..save him..He has gone down……we didn’t have time to think….We just ran towards the water falls……….we were struck by a lightning shock...!!! our hefty friend’s body parts were donating blood to the water he had fell 7 foot down from the bridge..straight on the rocks……..he didn’t respond to our loud voice, he didn’t hear us…he was unconscious….he hardly took any oxygen…his heart beats were going down……our blood just stopped flowing and my heart stopped pumping blood…..!!!!At one point we felt he was……..gone..gone gone…..!!!...
We had to take our nerves out to put him in the van to take him to the hospital….and the only sign in the middle of all the mess was his vomiting which didn’t give us a shit feeling but a great relief that he is alive and he is recovering…..!!!Thank God
X-Ray & ECG things were not enough for the doc to confirm if he is ok or not; CT scan was necessary to ensure there was no bleeding or probs with his brain….but there was no hospitals nearby…and any internal bleeding is gonna make him worse…..Journey back to Mumbai is gonna take another 4 hrs..we were holding our nerves tight, each and every second we were thinking what the hell happened…and our prayers were to the high end to save him from all the evils and devils……We couldn’t resist ourselves from checking his heart beat every single minute…And he was all sleep……he didn’t know what had happened to him till this point of time…….even after getting discharged from ICU after two days , All the false stories continued, just to make him believe nothing had happened………!!!!OXYMORON…”Conjoining…......”

Sporting Spirit.......

Awesome Friday and saturday evening went unruffled with lot of distressing talks on Appraisal and a long 3 hr campaign with the rebels of Spain and Moors (“The Age of Empire”). By the time I was victorious it was around 3.00AM and I went asleep.

Why the hell will someone wake up early by 6.30Am during the weekend and it was my roomie Ramesh who just spoiled my sweet romantic dream in which some sexy gal was taking my blanket( don’t ask for why she took the blanket) and was about to touch me but all I felt was a kind of small punch with a rough hard and male voice…only to realize that it was Ramesh who took the blanket and the punch….
PS:
Ramesh: machi get up…get up…
All I said was
Me: Are you nuts…? Its 6.30AM and its Sunday…
Ramesh: get ready we are going to play…!!!
I really didn’t know what happened the next 15 mins; I could feel myself standing in the Badminton Court.
We played and played till we took bath in the sweat….and there was a point where I lost one game…and that was it….the coming matches…I never turned back. None of my opponent’s cork really touched the inner square of our court.

The energy level increased match by match with each and every shot were so precise and perfect that each time I execute the shot; all would just stare and look at the cork which landed exactly on the line I was “terror” in their eyes..….The game went interesting at the end when everyone joined my streak of perfection, it was getting difficult but yep…this awesome person managed it. Guess what the energy level of my opponents were too high because for the every shot they hit they had thought the same way I had!!!!(Hitting our boss for the diminutive appraisal…..)……..!!!!Never ends this Saga………

BLOGGIFYING...!!!

All this time i was wondering and thinking about what should I scribble; so I started with the things that happened in the recent past; but that’s gonna bore you guys…so I thought..thought…and thought…. at one point I took my brain out ( I know you guys are thinking now…Brain? did he have one…!)
So this boring stuff was so boring that it made me hate reading and above all I nearly forgot blogging. All this week everything that was flowing my mind was the complicated formulas of financial management…..Everytime I opened the book all that I could see was letters flowing like in a matrix movie!!!
Interesting thing was when I sat for the Exam…I swear to god I never understood the matrix that was flowing in the book; you should be wondering then what should I have done for the exam….i had learnt the forgotten school rhymes….
“Inky Pinky Ponky,Father had a donkey. Donkey died, father cried.Inky Pinky Ponky!”
Those who don’t remember the rhymes….memorize It now…its gonna be of great help for your objective type questions….!(This method is gonna save lot of your energy)
Once my exams were over one of my local friend took me to a Pub…I should explain you guys of what I saw there…so in the entrance I couldn’t see anything…I easily recognized it was the smell of cigarette…I couldn’t breathe…still trying hard I went further to find lot of snooker tables….(no one were more than 20 yrs age) kids were having a stick with them and were aiming at the hole…I never noticed if the balls went inside or not….! I didn’t like it anyway…..further crossing this snooker room was the lounge….and are you wondering what these kid did inside..they just smoked..smoked and smoked…cigarette…gutkha and all those stuff which you can see in a movie which describes the fantacies about mumbai….one of the noticeable things here was there is no discrimination of SEX and both the human gender's danced, smoked, drank and more…..!!!!!

Down Trail Gujarat, Rajkot – Gir- Somnath Drive:-

The day started too early…it was 6.00 AM; the high magnitude of mobile alarm just thronged my ear drum…all I did was pinged fatty sleeping on the next bed…..!
We were welcomed with lot of flowers and chocolates inside the car…as if we were going to a marriage. We checkout the Gujarat map and said the driver see this is the place we have to go....though they understood Hindi; all they would speak is Gujarati… we understood only half the stuff he spitted from his mouth!
The speeding car just stopped after a 2 long hr drive in front of the legendary and famous Gir Forest…. (hoooo..Into the wild…..) We were keeping our fingers crossed and holding our breath….the Van took us inside the Gir Forest…the first animal that stuck our eyes …was the small & little mouse…ya..the same little mouse which haunted the lion..when we studied our English porse….(Lion….Net…Mouse…)

At last; The van stopped in front of the Lion…I was excited and so was everyone “ Ho my God” was our reaction….there were one Lion and 2 wives(Polygamy…not fair..and no work..just eating..sleeping and mating….what a life); the only thing that moved during our 10 minutes watch on the Lion was its Diaphragm when it took breath…the Sad lion really took away our excitement; I think it was tranquilized for visitor’s site seeing…..(What an Idea); I swear this lion is in it’s 90’s.
Somnath was Just an Hour travel from Gir Forest….The huge temple kept our mouths Open for a while out of astonishment. The Grand front gate and the elegant designs of the temple kept us wondering how the hell they constructed this marvelous structure. The sea Shore sight just kept us mesmerizing about the astonishing sight of sea and the temple.
Balaka Thirk, Where Lord Krishna was arrowed by a hunter on his leg; The Charisma in his face just kept us speechless.
The next trip was to a some Zoo (we were never bothered on the name though); Time inside this Zoo took us back to our childhood; isn’t it so wonderful to remember the times when our parents took us to the zoo showing us all the animals…wow the feeling was enchanting our blood cells. The other thing that kept us wondering was that how the fuck will the Forest have animals when they have caged all the animals inside Zoo……The climate gave a pleasant feeling and I got a feeling of watching the movie “The Madagascar” all the animals waving and showing their talents to the best …This last Zoo visit gave us a satisfactory ending…..
